A: The Sera4 Teleporte Portal and Mobile App have the availability to capture mobile phone numbers if required. Should your organization require the need to capture phone numbers, an administrator of the organization needs to email support.sera4@fsconnect.co.za to request that the feature be enabled. This feature is at the full discretion of the organization to enable as the Teleporte App and Portal do not auto capture mobile numbers without the end-user’s permission due to the privacy policies put in place.
