How to Set Up a Password After Creating My Account

  1. After a registered Teleporte Administrator adds you onto the Teleporte cloud-platform, you will receive an activation email with instructions. 
  2. Upon receipt of the email click on “Activate Account on Browser”
  3. Accept the Ts and Cs in the browser pop-up window.
  4. Upon clicking the check boxes and the “Accept” button, Confirm user name details and optionally add a username, click “Continue”
  5. The next pop-up window will be your user profile. Click the Edit icon to add a password
  6. Scroll down the User Settings until you find the “Create Password” section
  7. Create a memorable password at least 6 characters long with 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase letter and 1 unique symbol or digit. Once complete, click “Save”
  8. User the password you created to sign into your Teleporte Mobile App or Cloud-platform

#Note-You will need to sign into the Teleporte Mobile App again via the Email Link or Password if the user:

  1. Reinstalls the Teleporte Mobile App.
  2. Has not signed in for more than 90-days.
  3. Got a new device and Device Restrictions is enabled, they need to contact the Teleporte Administrator to enroll the new device.
