How to use Trusted Administrator

1. Ensure you have a Trusted Admin account. This can be viewed on the bottom left corner of the Memberships Page or whilst signed into one of the Teleporte portals on the Account info Tab.

 


2. Sign in by clicking the Trusted Admin icon in the bottom left corner of the Memberships Page or Trusted Administrator option whilst signed into one of the Teleporte portals on the Account info Tab.


3.  Once signed in, search for the lock(s) you would like to move by clicking on the FILTER ICON


4. Type the lock ID in hexadecimal format (0xLockID) as seen in the example below (you can also filter by organization). Once complete select APPLY


5. Once the lock is found, select the lock check box and then select the TRANSFER LOCK ICON (2 arrows pointing in different directions)

6. The Transfer Locks window will pop up that will allow you to select the organization you want to move the lock to. After selecting TRANSFER, a confirmation window will pop up, once all is confirmed select OK

7. A Successful Transfer Confirmation window will pop up and the lock will be in the intended organization
