What is the Sera4 Trusted Administrator Role

A: Trusted Administrator is a new user role that allows the "master administrator"  with more than one Teleporte platform to to move locks in between one platform or more. The aim of this role is to give customers the power to remove or move locks from a central platform to another platform. This works best for organizations that may have a stock platform and would like to move the locks to the main platform of use as and when locks are being deployed. Should you want anyone in the organization to have Trusted Administrator access, they would first need to have an Administrator account on all the organization's platforms and a request for Trusted Administrator access should be sent via email to support.sera4@fsconnect.co.za see more on How to use Trusted Administrator
