To reset the padlock press and hold the padlock button for 41 Seconds.
NOTE: You might need to use a chronometer or timer to make sure to release the button after 41 seconds. use the timer on your mobile device)
A padlock reset should be used after attempting Bluetooth troubleshooting steps to resolve issues such as lock not found, error communicating or lock not found.
