Setting up the Teleporte Mobile App

The Teleporte mobile application allows authorized users to download digital keys to open Sera4 locks. Users require an active Teleporte account to use the mobile application, see more details here

Teleporte is supported in both Android and iOS devices. The minimum versions supported are: Android (4.4.3) and iOS (7). Download the Teleporte mobile application, available for Android devices at the Play Store, and for iOS devices at the App Store


Sign in

Open the Teleporte mobile application and under to the Accounts tab select SIGN IN. Enter your email and password associated with your Teleporte account, as well as a valid phone number.


View and Refresh your Teleporte Keys

Under the tab with the key icon, select the organization to view your keys. You can also select the red button - with a circular arrow  in the lower right corner - to refresh your keys in real time. Each key has a "Valid offline Till" date, which provides the date until your keys are available if your smartphone is offline - without data connection.

      

Open a Lock

If you are opening a padlock, press the button to turn it on, you should see the LED turn green, red or blue.

Open the Teleporte mobile application and wait for the lock to be detected. Select the lock that you want to open once it is detected by the mobile application. Wait for the connection to complete to select option to UNLOCK once it is available. The lock icon on the screen will show the OPEN/CLOSE status of the lock.
