A: If you require technical assistance, select the Support option from the main menu. Make sure you to follow the recommended troubleshooting steps that are shown in the screen before selecting REQUEST ASSISTANCE

  2. Lock won't connect
  3. Lock won't open
  4. No keys available
  5. Account issues
  6. Other-Select other if none of the above are your issues
