A: If you do not have a key to a lock in proximity, the Teleporte mobile application will give you the option to request access when you select the lock. Enter the reason to request access and select REQUEST ASSISTANCE.
Wait for successful confirmation of your request.
You cannot request access again if you have a pending request that has not been processed yet.
