How to clear Bluetooth cache in Android devices

Although rare, some Android devices will have Bluetooth connectivity issues that can be resolved by clearing the storage and cache of its Bluetooth module. Please follow the following list: 


  1. Go to Settings in your Android device
  2. Select “Application Manager” or “Apps and Notifications”
  3. Select “See all apps”
  4. Go to the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner
  5. Select “Show System”
  6. Scroll down to look for “Bluetooth” and select it.
  7. Select “Storage”
  8. Select “Clear Storage”
  9. Select “Clear Cache”
  10. Reset smartphone
