Although rare, some Android devices will have Bluetooth connectivity issues that can be resolved by clearing the storage and cache of its Bluetooth module. Please follow the following list:
- Go to Settings in your Android device
- Select “Application Manager” or “Apps and Notifications”
- Select “See all apps”
- Go to the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner
- Select “Show System”
- Scroll down to look for “Bluetooth” and select it.
- Select “Storage”
- Select “Clear Storage”
- Select “Clear Cache”
- Reset smartphone
