Q. What are the expected lifetimes of the Controllers and Padlocks?

A: We don’t have real-life experience with the product in-field to have accurate data on this. We see controllers over 4 years old that exhibit no signs of deterioration. Padlocks have been in field for just over a year and they are still working well. We expect that padlock life will be related to the environment they are in, with maritime environments delivering the shorted expected product life. We expect the padlock lifetime to be in line with typical mechanical padlocks in a given environment.
