In order to use the Failsafe code on a controller, in conjunction with the Sera4 AccessPad, send an email to support.sera4@fsconnect.co.za to have the feature enabled.
After confirmation that the feature is enabled, carryout the below steps:
- Connect to the controller using the app
- Select “UNLOCK” on the app
- Disconnect from the controller from its power source
- Reconnect the power to the controller
- Repeat steps 1 and 2, this will load the necessary command in the controller that enables the AccessPad functionality
