A: When a lock is closed and the Teleporte Mobile App is not open, the lock's closed state will only sync the next time a user opens the same lock. The Teleporte Mobile App is used as a form of communication between the lock and the server, therefore users need to stay on the app when they open and close locks. This will allow for events to be accurately captured on the server.
If your organization values having the closed state captured in real-time, the best way would be to contact support.sera4@fsconnect.co.za to enable the Connected Latch feature on all locks.
