Fail-Safe Unlock is a feature in Teleporte that allows users to open locks without a smartphone. Administrators need to generate a 4-digit access code, which is then emailed to the user. Administrators also have the option to provide this 4-digit access code over the phone in case the user doesn't have data connectivity.
Users can then enter the 4-digit code as shown in this video
